1Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

"neo77" — refers to the online gaming platform accessible at https://neo77.cam, operated by its internationally licensed parent company.
"Platform" — refers to the neo77 website, mobile site, and all related services, software, and interfaces.
"Account" — refers to the registered user account created by a Member on the Platform.
"Member" / "Player" / "You" — refers to any registered user of the Platform who has accepted these Terms & Conditions.
"Balance" — refers to the real-money funds held in a Member's neo77 Account, including both deposited funds and any credited bonuses.
"Bonus Funds" — refers to promotional credits granted to a Member subject to wagering requirements and other bonus-specific conditions.
"KYC" — means Know Your Customer, the identity and age verification process required by neo77 before enabling full account functionality.
"IDR / Rp" — refers to Indonesian Rupiah, the sole currency in which neo77 accounts are denominated.
"Wagering Requirement" — refers to the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before it and any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
"Togel" — refers to togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), one of the game categories available on the Platform.

2Eligibility

Use of neo77's Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following criteria simultaneously:

You must be a natural person (not a corporation or other legal entity) residing in Indonesia or in a jurisdiction where access to offshore online gaming platforms is not expressly prohibited.
You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. neo77 strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 and applies KYC verification to confirm this. Misrepresentation of age constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
You must not be a current employee, officer, contractor, or close family member of an employee of neo77 or any of its affiliated companies or game providers.
You must not have been previously excluded, banned, or self-excluded from neo77 or any related service operated by its parent entity.
You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.

neo77 reserves the right to conduct age and identity verification at any point and to suspend or close any Account found to be in breach of these eligibility requirements. Any winnings or bonuses accrued by an ineligible Member shall be forfeited in full.

3Account Registration

To access neo77's paid gaming services, you must complete the registration process honestly and accurately. By registering, you represent and warrant that:

All information provided during registration (name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and bank account details) is true, accurate, current, and complete.
You will maintain the accuracy of your registration information and update it promptly if any details change.
You will keep your Account credentials (username and password) strictly confidential and not share them with any third party.
You are registering one Account solely for your personal use. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual is prohibited. Duplicate Accounts are subject to immediate closure, and any balances therein may be voided.

neo77 reserves the right to refuse any registration or to close any Account at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason, provided that any legitimate real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the Member.

You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your Account. If you suspect unauthorized access, you must notify neo77 customer support immediately at [email protected].

4Identity Verification (KYC)

neo77 is committed to operating a safe, fair, and compliant gaming environment. As part of this commitment, we require all Members to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals and, at our discretion, before crediting certain bonuses or processing large deposits.

Acceptable KYC documents include, but are not limited to:

Indonesian National Identity Card (Kartu Tanda Penduduk — KTP)
Valid Indonesian passport
Indonesian driving licence (SIM) — accepted for age verification only, not as proof of address
Bank statement or utility bill issued within the last 90 days confirming residential address

Document images must be clear, legible, and unmodified. Submission of falsified or altered documents is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities.

neo77 processes KYC submissions within 24-72 hours on business days. Members will be notified by email of the outcome. Pending KYC does not prevent deposits or gameplay but will suspend withdrawal processing until verification is complete.

5Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits. All deposits are made in Indonesian Rupiah (Rp). neo77 accepts deposits via the following methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI, Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Minimum deposit amounts and processing times are published on the Platform and may be updated from time to time without prior notice.

5.2 Source of Funds. By depositing, you confirm that the funds are yours and are derived from lawful activity. neo77 reserves the right to request documentation confirming the source of funds for any deposit at its discretion.

5.3 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method and bank account used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. neo77 reserves the right to verify the identity of the receiving bank account holder before processing any withdrawal.

5.4 Processing Times. neo77 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 1–24 hours on business days. Processing times may be extended during peak periods, public holidays (including Indonesian national holidays such as Idul Fitri, Indonesian Independence Day on 17 August, and Nyepi), or where additional verification is required. neo77 makes no binding guarantee of specific withdrawal processing times.

5.5 Fees. neo77 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. Third-party fees imposed by your bank or e-wallet provider are outside neo77's control and are your responsibility.

5.6 Inactive Accounts. Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as inactive. neo77 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee of Rp 25,000 per month to inactive Account balances after giving 30 days' prior written notice by email.

6Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General. neo77 offers various bonuses and promotional offers including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programs, and referral rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page in addition to these general Terms.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless stated otherwise, Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be satisfied before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's terms. Game contributions vary: slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games 10%, sports betting 50%, and togel 100%, unless otherwise specified.

6.3 Maximum Bet with Active Bonus. To prevent bonus abuse, Members with an active bonus balance may not place individual bets exceeding Rp 25,000 (or equivalent per spin/hand) until the wagering requirement is fully satisfied. Exceeding this limit constitutes a breach and may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.

6.4 One Bonus Per Player. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Members are entitled to one bonus per promotion per household/IP address/device. Attempts to claim multiple bonuses through duplicate accounts or by misrepresenting identity will result in forfeiture of all bonuses and potential account closure.

6.5 Bonus Expiry. All bonuses and their associated wagering requirements have a validity period stated in the promotion terms, typically 7–30 days from the date of credit. Bonuses not wagered within the validity period expire automatically, along with any associated winnings.

6.6 Withdrawal of Deposit Before Wagering. To comply with anti-money laundering regulations, deposits must be wagered at least once (1x turnover) before withdrawal, even if no bonus is accepted. neo77 reserves the right to decline withdrawal requests for deposits not yet wagered.

7Gameplay Rules

7.1 Fair Play. All games offered on neo77 use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or live dealer technologies provided by internationally recognized providers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, and Ezugi. Game outcomes are determined solely by RNG and chance, not by neo77.

7.2 Technical Issues. In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or game error, neo77 will make reasonable efforts to restore service and resolve the issue. If a game round cannot be completed due to a technical issue on neo77's side, affected bets will be voided and stakes returned. neo77 is not liable for losses caused by your internet service provider, device malfunction, or force majeure events beyond our control.

7.3 Sports Betting. Sports betting markets are offered on a wide range of sports including football (BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, FIFA World Cup), badminton, MotoGP, basketball, volleyball, and e-sports (Mobile Legends, PUBG Mobile, Free Fire). All bets are settled based on official results published by the relevant governing body. neo77 reserves the right to void or resettle bets in cases of obvious pricing errors, late bets, or match irregularities.

7.4 Live Casino. Live casino games are subject to the rules of the specific game variant as published by the provider. Members must conduct themselves respectfully toward dealers and other players. Abusive or disruptive behavior may result in being barred from live games and potential account suspension.

7.5 Game-Specific Rules. Rules for togel, slots, table games, and other specific game categories are available within each game or upon request from customer support. All published game rules form part of these Terms & Conditions.

8Responsible Gaming

neo77 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting vulnerable players. We recognize that for some individuals, gambling can lead to harmful behavior, and we provide tools and resources to support responsible play:

Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their Account settings. Limits take effect immediately for reductions and after 24 hours for increases.
Self-Exclusion: Members may request temporary or permanent self-exclusion by contacting customer support. Self-exclusion periods range from 24 hours to permanent closure. During self-exclusion, the Member cannot access their Account, deposit funds, or receive promotional communications.

9Prohibited Conduct

Members must not engage in any of the following activities while using neo77's Platform:

Fraudulent Activity: Using stolen payment methods, providing false identity documents, or misrepresenting personal information.
Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage, particularly in poker or live casino games.
Bonus Abuse: Creating multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses, manipulating wagering requirements through low-risk betting strategies, or transferring funds between accounts to meet turnover requirements artificially.
Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, or other automated tools to place bets or play games. All gameplay must be conducted manually by the Account holder.
Arbitrage Betting: Systematically exploiting odds discrepancies or technical delays to guarantee profit without risk.
Money Laundering: Using neo77 to launder funds from illegal sources or to move funds without legitimate gaming activity.
Abusive Behavior: Harassing customer support staff, dealers, or other players; using offensive language; or making threats.

neo77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, to void associated bets and bonuses, to withhold withdrawals pending investigation, and to report illegal activity to relevant authorities. Members found in breach may also be barred from re-registering on the Platform.

10Intellectual Property

All content displayed on the neo77 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, software, and the compilation thereof, is the property of neo77 or its licensors and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. Members may not:

Reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without prior written consent.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software used to provide the Platform's services.
Use any automated means (spiders, robots, scrapers) to access or extract data from the Platform.
Frame or mirror any part of the Platform on another website.

The neo77 name, logo, and all associated trademarks are the exclusive property of neo77 and may not be used without express written permission.

11Privacy & Data Protection

12Limitation of Liability

Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
Losses arising from third-party actions, including payment processor delays, bank processing errors, or network interruptions.
Losses caused by your failure to safeguard your Account credentials or by unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your own actions.
Losses arising from force majeure events, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, strikes, government actions, internet service provider failures, or power outages.

neo77 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You use the Platform at your own risk.

13Account Termination

13.1 Termination by Member. You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to your registered bank account after deducting any applicable withdrawal fees. Account closure requests are typically processed within 7 business days.

13.2 Termination by neo77. neo77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account at any time if you breach these Terms & Conditions, engage in prohibited conduct, fail KYC verification, or if neo77 reasonably believes your Account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform. In such cases, neo77 will notify you by email and, where appropriate, return any legitimate real-money balance after deducting any amounts owed to neo77.

13.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination, your license to use the Platform is immediately revoked. You must not attempt to re-register or access the Platform through any means. Any outstanding bonuses, promotional credits, or loyalty points are forfeited upon Account closure.

14Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which neo77's international license is issued. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation in the first instance.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the arbitration body designated in neo77's licensing jurisdiction. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the decision of the arbitrator(s) shall be final and binding.

Members acknowledge that online gambling operates in a legally ambiguous space in Indonesia. By using neo77, you confirm that you have consulted legal counsel if necessary and accept personal responsibility for compliance with Indonesian law. neo77 makes no representations regarding the legality of online gambling in Indonesia and disclaims all liability for any legal consequences you may face as a result of using the Platform.

15Amendments to Terms

neo77 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the Platform. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates the most recent revision.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must discontinue use of the Platform and close your Account.

Material changes affecting your rights or obligations will be notified by email where practicable, but such notification does not affect the binding nature of the revised Terms.
